NHTSA campaign 20V775, reported December 11, 2020, 9 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Some vehicles may have headlights that were aimed too high at the factory. Because of this, the headlights do not meet federal lighting safety requirements (FMVSS 108). Improperly aimed headlights can reduce the visibility of oncoming traffic at night, which raises the risk of a crash.

Mercedes-Benz USA will notify affected owners. Authorized dealers will check the headlight aim and correct it if needed, at no cost to you. The recall began January 20, 2021, and owners can contact Mercedes-Benz USA customer service at 1-800-367-6372 (recall number 2020120016) with questions.

You can check whether your vehicle has any open recalls by entering your VIN on the NHTSA recall lookup site or by asking any authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. If your vehicle is listed, schedule the free headlight aim inspection and repair with a dealer.
