Thor Motor Coach Palazzo Recall 20V418: Rear lights may fail, raising crash risk

What this recall means for you

The rear-mounted Power Distribution Module (PDM) in certain motorhomes may have been damaged during manufacturing. If it is damaged, the rear marker lights, brake lights, or turn signals may not work. Non-functioning exterior lights can increase the risk of a crash, because other drivers may not see your vehicle slowing, turning, or stopped.

The repair is free. Daimler Trucks dealers will replace the PDM at no charge. Thor Motor Coach will notify owners, and owner letters were mailed October 6, 2021. You can contact Thor Motor Coach customer service at 1-877-855-2867, referencing recall number RC000196.
