If the roof panel separates while the vehicle is being driven, it may increase the risk of injury or a crash. Owners should take this seriously and address it promptly.

Ford will notify owners, and authorized dealers will remove, clean, and reinstall the panoramic roof panel at no cost. Owners can contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 with questions, and should check their VIN for open recalls.
