NHTSA campaign 19V706, reported October 3, 2019, 190 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Excessive heat can melt the hydraulic lines, which increases the risk of a fire. Owners should watch for any sign of trouble with the vehicle and treat this recall as a safety issue.

The repair is free. Jayco will notify owners, and an authorized dealer will install aftermarket heat shields on the chassis at no charge. You can contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-517-9137 (recall number 9903442), and you should check your vehicle identification number for open recalls.
