The remedy is free. Jerr-Dan will notify owners, and an authorized dealer will reprogram the remote at no cost. The recall began August 15, 2019. Owners can contact Jerr-Dan customer service at 1-800-926-9666, and should check their vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
