- Problem
- Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Mack Anthem, Granite, Pinnacle vehicles. The passenger side door down view mirror may detach from the door.
- Risk
- If the mirror detaches from the door, the mirror may strike another vehicle or pedestrian, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
- Remedy
- Mack will notify owners, and dealers will properly attach the mirror, free of charge. The recall began March 19, 2019. Owners may contact Mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0416.

What this recall means for you
On certain 2019-2020 Mack Anthem, Granite, and Pinnacle trucks, the passenger side door-mounted down view mirror can detach from the door.
If the mirror comes loose, it may strike another vehicle or a pedestrian, raising the risk of injury or a crash.
Mack will notify affected owners, and an authorized dealer will properly attach the mirror at no cost. Owners can contact Mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177 and reference recall SC0416. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
