What this recall means for you
The motorized roller shade over the driver's windshield can unroll without warning while the motorhome is being driven. If that happens, the shade can block the driver's view of the road, which increases the risk of a crash.
Forest River will notify affected owners, and an authorized dealer will install a fastener so the motor cannot lower the shade while the vehicle is in motion. The repair is free. If you own one of the affected motorhomes, contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-206-7605 and reference recall number 68-0822, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
