What this recall means for you
The electrical control panel (part CCP1828E) on certain mobile tower trailers may be missing a power disconnect on one of its two incoming hot legs. These trailers can only run on 220-volt AC power, so the missing disconnect means part of the panel may remain energized even when the trailer appears to be switched off.
This defect can result in an electrical shock, which raises the risk of injury to anyone operating, servicing, or working near the trailer. Owners should take the risk seriously and contact the manufacturer promptly.
Integrated Tower Systems will notify owners, and dealers will modify the control panel free of charge. Owners can contact Integrated Tower Systems customer service at 1-800-850-8535. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
