What this recall means for you
Certain 2018-2019 Thor Motor Coach Outlaw motorhomes were built without rear reflex reflectors, which are required under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108. Without them, the vehicle can be harder for other drivers to see, especially at night or in low light.
Reduced visibility increases the risk of a crash. Owners should be aware that the missing reflectors are a safety compliance defect, not a cosmetic issue.
Thor Motor Coach will notify owners, and authorized dealers will install the missing rear reflectors at no cost. Owners can contact Thor Motor Coach customer service at 1-877-855-2867 and reference recall number RC0000157. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
