What this recall means for you

This recall covers certain 2019 Prime Time recreational trailers whose stove is not isolated from the furnace return air. Under some conditions, this can cause an inverted flame on the stove top.

The inverted flame can cause the propane supply line to fail, which increases the risk of injury. Owners should stop using the stove top until the repair has been completed, and should contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-862-3001 to confirm their trailer is included.

The remedy is free: Forest River will notify owners, and an authorized dealer will install a panel that separates the stove top from the furnace return air feed. You can also check your VIN for any open recalls.
