NHTSA campaign 18V292, reported May 3, 2018, 2,155 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Damage to the lift mechanism may cause the roof to fall unexpectedly, which increases the risk of injury. Owners should follow the proper use instructions for the manual override.

Jayco will notify owners and provide a warning label explaining the correct use of the manual override, free of charge. Owners can contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-517-9137 (Jayco recall number 9901379). You can also check your vehicle identification number for open recalls.
