What this recall means for you

Certain 2018 buses built on a Ford Transit van chassis may have hazard warning lights that do not illuminate or flash when the ignition is turned off. This fails federal lighting requirements.

A vehicle stopped with its hazard lights unable to work may be harder for other drivers to see, which increases the risk of a crash.

Forest River will notify owners, and authorized dealers will wire the hazard warning signal flashers into the programmable relay power centers at no cost to you. You can contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-343-5111 (recall number 35-0649), and you should check your VIN for any open recalls.
