NHTSA campaign 17V588, reported September 21, 2017, 32 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

A cable short can lead to a fire in or around the truck, so owners should not ignore this recall. Daimler Trucks North America will notify affected owners, and an authorized dealer will inspect the battery cables and repair them as needed at no cost to you.
