What this recall means for you
Certain 2010-2017 Amerivan vehicles that have higher mileage or are used in heavier duty cycles may have rear suspension air bags that do not meet current integrity standards. The bags can fail unexpectedly, causing a loss of rear suspension support.
A sudden loss of rear suspension can affect how well you control the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash. If you own an affected vehicle, do not ignore warning signs such as an unusually low or uneven rear ride height, and have it checked promptly.
The repair is free. ElDorado Mobility will inspect and repair the rear suspension air bags at no charge through an authorized dealer. The recall began on August 14, 2017. Contact ElDorado Mobility customer service at 1-866-392-6300, and check your VIN for any open recalls.
