What this recall means for you
The passenger-side exterior mirror arm swivel mechanism may not hold its position securely, so the mirror can move while the vehicle is being driven. A mirror that shifts out of place reduces the driver's view of the road and surrounding traffic, which increases the risk of a crash.
If you own this motorhome, the repair is free. Contact Tiffin Motorhomes customer service at 1-256-356-8661 and reference recall TIF-103, or take the vehicle to an authorized Tiffin dealer, who will install a retrofit kit to secure the passenger mirror swivel arm. Tiffin will also notify affected owners directly.
Not sure whether your motorhome is included? Check your vehicle identification number (VIN) on the NHTSA recall lookup or with a dealer to confirm any open recalls.
