What this recall means for you
Certain 2016-2017 Spree travel trailers built between March 2015 and May 2016 may have refrigerator vents installed in the wrong location. This can cause the refrigerator compartment to overheat. The high temperature sensors are designed to shut the refrigerator down in that case, but if a sensor fails to do so, the overheating can increase the risk of a fire.
KZRV will notify owners of affected trailers. Authorized dealers will install a larger refrigerator vent and extend the internal baffle at no cost to you. Owners can contact KZRV customer service at 1-800-768-4016, extension 153 or 154, for more information. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
