- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2014 Breeze motorhomes. The affected vehicles may be equipped with a steering knuckle that may fracture.
- Risk
- If the steering knuckle fails while the motorhome is being driven, a loss of vehicle control may result, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Tiffin will notify owners, and dealer representatives will come to where the motorhome is parked, looking for any steering knuckle in the affected production lot. If the the motorhome has one the the subject steering knuckles, the vehicle will be towed to the dealer and the knuckle will be replaced, free of charge. The recall began March 12, 2015. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661.

What this recall means for you
Certain 2014 Breeze motorhomes may have a steering knuckle that can fracture. If the knuckle fails while the motorhome is being driven, the driver may lose control of the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash.
Tiffin Motorhomes will notify owners. Dealer representatives will visit the location where the motorhome is parked to check for an affected steering knuckle from the subject production lot. If your motorhome has one, it will be towed to the dealer and the knuckle replaced at no charge. The recall began March 12, 2015.
