THE CONTACT WAS A MECHANIC AND INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK FRACTURED. THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK WAS REPLACED. AFTER THE REPAIR, THE FAILURE RECURRED.
