NATIONAL HAS BEEN HARD TO CONTACT AND APPEARS DISINTERESTED IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM. WE HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS WITH VERY LITTLE RESULTS. WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE OUR MOTORHOME AT ALL AND IT IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD. *JB
