I OBSERVED THREE POTENTIAL SAFETY DEFECTS IN MY RECENTLY PURCHASED 2015 MOTO GUZZI V7 SPECIAL. CLUTCH - I OBSERVE A RUBBER BAND ATTACHED BETWEEN THE CLUTCH RELEASE LEVER AND THE NEUTRAL SWITCH. THIS RUBBER BAND WAS PREVENTING THE COMPLETE DISENGAGEMENT OF THE CLUTCH, WHICH RESULTED IN MY INABILITY TO SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL AT STOPS. IT ALSO PREVENTED PROPER CLUTCH CABLE ADJUSTMENT UNTIL IT WAS REMOVED. HEAD NUT-STUD SWARF ' WHILE PERFORMING THE REQUIRED 1ST MAINTENANCE SERVICE, I OBSERVED SWARF (METAL MACHINING WASTE) LODGED BETWEEN TWO OF THE CYLINDER HEAD NUTS-STUDS. THIS SWARF WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW PROPER HEAD RE-TORQUE. I ALSO OBSERVED SMALL PIECES OF METAL WASTE ON ENGINE OIL DRAIN PL
