TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 KYMCO SUPER 8 15R (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, AN ABNORMAL GRINDING SOUND COULD BE HEARD COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE SCOOTER WITH A VIBRATION. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A FRONT WHEEL BEARING ISSUE, A MISSING FRONT WHEEL COLLAR, AND A FRONT FENDER BOLT WAS MISSING. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON NOVEMBER 2, 2016, BUT THE FAILURES RECURRED. THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD SOUND COMING FROM THE FRONT END WITH A SLIGHT VIBRATION. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT WHEEL BEARING ISSUES RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS
