ADDRESS WAS RECORDED CORRECTLY BY BEST AUTO TAGS. I REQUESTED A CHANGE OF ADDRESS THRU THE PA. D.O.T. WEBSITE AS WELL AS THROUGH A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM(MV63 )AS OF TODAY STILL NO ADDRESS CHANGE HAS TAKEN PLACE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE TITLE TO A MOTORCYCLE I PURCHASED SINCE 6/29/07. TITLE # 64713541801. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SECURE A VEHICLE REGISTRATION OR INSURANCE AS A RESULT OF THIS DELAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RIDE MY MOTORCYCLE.
