THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AN OBJECT FROM THE BED, THE MURPHY BED INDEPENDENTLY FOLDED CLOSED CAUSING THE CONTACT TO BECOME TRAPPED INSIDE THE BED FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A HIP AND ANKLE INJURY THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE MURPHY BED NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE BED WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 230. UPDATED 8/17/15*CN

TIRE MOUNTED ON A 2015 JAYCO PINNACLE 38FLFS FIFTH WHEEL RV TRAILER AT THE RIGHT REAR. TIRES HAVE LESS THAN 4,000 MILES. TIREMINDER TPMS USED AND NO OVERHEATING OR OVER PRESSURE REGISTERED. TIRES WERE AT 80 LBS COLD. SHREDDED TIRE DAMAGED FENDER SKIRT AND ALUMINUM AT WELL OVER $400 IN PARTS/LABOR. REPLACED ALL FOUR TIRES ON RV WITH GOODYEAR GLADIATOR. *TR
