THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO UNEVEN WEAR THAT LED TO TREAD SEPARATION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
