BOTH MODELS ARE POCKET BIKES THAT HAVE MANY SEVERE SAFETY VIOLATIONS. THE FIRST MANUFACTURES WMI IS L4S & L4B. THERE IMPORTER IS NEWSTAR SCOOTERS IN CA. THIS MODEL DOES NOT EVEN HAVE AN ODOMETER, LEGAL HEADLIGHT, DIRECTIONAL OR SAE HARDWARE TO NAME A FEW. THE MODEL THEY USED HAS A HORRIBLE HISTORY OF THE SWINGARM TWISTING AFTER 10 HOURS OF USE. THE OTHER MANUFACTURERS AND THEIR DISTRIBUTOR IS SONIC SCOOTERS. THIS MODEL HAS MANY OF THE SAME VIOLATIONS, BUT THE REAR CHAIN ADJUSTERS SLIP OUT OF PLACE AND CAUSE THE REAR WHEEL TO COCK AND LOCK U
