THE BIKE WAS SCRATCHED BADLY ON ITS LEFT SIDE, THE RIGHT MIRROR WA BROKEN AND THE RUBBER BUMPER FOR THE ENGINE WAS SQUASHED. THE CONSUMER INQUIRED ABOUT TRADING THE BIKE, BUT WAS TOLD AN INSPECTION WOULD HAVE TO BE PERFORMED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE BACK WHEEL WAS BENT AND IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. *JB
2008-09-16, Engine And Engine Cooling
WHEN APPLYING GREATER THAN 50% THROTTLE THE ENGINE CUTS TO 1/2 POWER NEAR 6000 RPM. IT ALSO LOSES THE IDLE AFTER 15-30 SECONDS CAUSING THE ENGINE TO DIE. THIS IS VERY CONSISTENT AND HAPPENS DAILY ONCE THE ENGINE HAS REACHED OPERATING TEMPERATURE. *TR
