THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE PERFORMED AS INTENDED ABOVE 43 MPH. TOM CLARK MOTOR SPORTS (LOCATED AT 4588 STATE ROUTE 51 SOUTH, BELLE VERNON, PA 15012, (724) 929-7333) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE PERFORMED AS INTENDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
