RESPONDED THIS IS A SAFETY RECALL, WHAT IS THE COURSE OF ACTION WHILE TIRES ARE ON BO. TOLD, SORRY BUT UNTIL TIRES ARE RECEIVED NOTHING CAN BE DONE, THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS EXPERIENCING TIRE TREAD SEPARATION BECAUSE OF THE DEFECT. THE CONTACT CONTACTED HARBOR FREIGHT AND WAS TOLD PARTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE.
