BUS HAS 2 BUCKLES INSTALLED NEAR THE WINDOW; 3 OF THE LATCH PLATES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN THE MIDDLE; AND OTHER BUCKLE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE AISLE.
