"During operation, loss of motor power to the scooter can occur without warning. This could result in a loss of motive power, which can increase the risk of an accident." April, 2022: While operating the vehicle on dry, flat, paved roads between 20-45mph, with air temperatures between 40-65 degrees Fahrenheit, the engine light will illuminate (and stay on) without warning, and the vehicle accelerator fails to maintain speed or increase speed.
