I was issued a recall, Recall No. 26V065, on my 2026 Ember E Series camper. The recall was in regard to the Unloaded Vehicle Weight and the Cargo Carrying Capacity listed on the certification label being incorrect. My issue is that when i reached out to the vendor, they indicated this was the second recall affecting a total of 3 model years, but they have only been in business 6 years (since 2021). Are there safeguards to this? If a manufacturer has been in business 6 years, and 3 of those years they've had to issue a safety recall for improperly reported weights that could lead to crash, does that not raise any red flags? Whats to stop manufacturers from doing this on purpose to advert
