ETHANOL REACTS WITH THE PLASTIC TANK CAUSING IT TO EXPAND RESULTING IN POSSIBLE GAS LEAKING. WARPING OF THE TANK AND EXPANSION SIGNS ARE VISIBLE. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE. *TR

THE PLASTIC GAS TANK ON MY 2007 DUCATI MONSTER 695 IS EXPANDING, THE RUBBER MOUNTS THAT HOLD IT TO THE FRAME HAVE NOW COMPLETELY OVERLAPPED THE FRAME ON ONE SIDE, AND IT IS EXPANDING OVER THE IGNITION SWITCH AND PUTTING CONSIDERABLE PRESSURE ON IT.
