TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DRV MOBILE SUITE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE COULD NOT RESET THE BREAKERS ON HIS TRAILER. IN ADDITION, THE TELEVISION AND THE MICROWAVE NO LONGER OPERATED AS INTENDED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT AN ABNORMAL, BURNING SMELL WOULD EMIT THROUGHOUT THE RV. THE CONTACT THEN CALLED BOTH AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND AN ELECTRICIAN WHO BOTH DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS A DEFECTIVE NEUTRAL WIRE IN HIS CAMPER. THE ELECTRICIAN FOUND A JUNCTION BOX AND DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTIRE BOX HAD BEEN BURNED DUE TO A DEFECTIVE IOTA TRANSFER SWITCH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THE CONTACT WAS OFFERED A NEW TRANSFER SWITCH. THE CONTACT THEN SUGGESTED THAT THE MANUFACTUR
