WHILE TRYING TO PULL OFF I-79 I NEARLY HIT ANOTHER CAR DUE TO SNOW COVERED LEFT SIDE WINDSHIELD. WIPER ARM IS LOOSE ON PIVOT OR PIVOT IS LOOSE.
