TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 COUNTRY COACH MPV LOW PROFILE DUMP TRAILER. THE VEHICLE WEIGHED 14,000 POUNDS. ON APRIL 23, 2007 THE CONTACT WAS LOADING THE TRAILER AND BUMPED INTO A SECTION OF THE TAILGATE. THE TAILGATE FELL OFF. HE LOOKED AT THE WELL , AND NOTICED THAT THE METAL WAS IMPROPERLY FUSED TOGETHER. THE CONTACT CHECKED THE ENTIRE TRAILER, AND NOTICED THAT A LARGE NUMBER OF WELLS WERE IMPROPERLY ATTACHED. HE TOOK PICTURES OF THE TRAILER. THE DEALER REFERRED HIM TO APPALACHIAN MANUFACTURER INCORPORATION. HE SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE MANUFACTURER , WHO STATED THAT HE WOULD PICK UP THE TRAILER.
