THE DEALER STATED THAT THE RUBBER SEAL ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DUAL PANE WINDOW FAILED. AS OF OCTOBER 18, 2007, THE DEALER HAD NOT REPAIRED THE VEHICLE. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
