Vehicle hasn't been inspected, issue is still present. My child was able to move gear shift and change gears causing vehicle to roll down driveway into woods, without key in ignition or foot on brake. I have video evidence of occurrence and video of issue without key or foot on brake

The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the turn signal, and brake light failed to function as needed. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the center third brake light needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure had been reoccurring while driving. The contact also stated that the rear driverâs side door failed to open. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was unknown.
Was rearended by an 18 wheeler doing 55 mph I was stopped waiting for oncoming traffic to pass so I could turn left. He never braked. The van was pushed 200feet before it began to roll into trees. None of the airbags were deployed nor did the seatbelts lock. All 3 people were injured.
