TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 CHEVROLET G30. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE BALL JOINT FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO ADVISED THAT THE BALL JOINT WAS FRACTURED AND ALSO CAUSED THE TIE ROD TO FRACTURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 254,000.
