2026-10-21, Fuel/Propulsion System
The transmission hesitates and momentarily loses propulsion when accelerating out a low speed right hand turn, creating a risk of a rear - end collision. It also shudders at low speeds when accelerating up hill, or when passing vehicles on the highway. After the transmission has reached operating temperature and has been driven for a while, it starts to shift harsh and erratically in the lower gears, at lower speeds. There is a service bulletin out for this issue on my vehicle and the first step of the bulletin was performed and has failed. It has been in the shop several times for this intermittent and ongoing issue. The service bulletin # is: 23-NA-072. I have repair invoices for each time

After purchasing this 2023 Buick Enclave July 26, 2026 two days later I heard a vibrating rattle coming from under the hood. I raised the hood and pinpointed the noise to be coming from under the motor cover. I could not remove that cover myself. I reported it to the dealership where I bought it and they said when I bring it in to have the Paint And interior, Protection to be applied that they would take a look for that rattle sound. After their inspection on 9/16/26 they called me back and said that it was the EVAP purge solenoid tube. And that the fix would be to put two rubber dampeners onto the purge tube line to isolate the vibrations and stop it from hitting other engine components.

The contact owns a 2023 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving 70 MPH, the transmission unexpectedly downshifted to 3rd gear and the vehicle decelerated. The contact stated that the vehicle went into LIMP Mode. Additionally, the computer system took control of the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while driving in the center lane on a busy highway. The vehicle was driven to a safe location. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and was diagnosed with transmission failure. The contact was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.

The driver side headlight was working and then it wasn't. A very costly expense to replace.

Right-side LED headlight assembly failed at under 3 years and ~55,000 miles. Dealer states the sealed LED unit is non-serviceable and must be replaced as a complete assembly, quoted at ~$1,450. LED headlights are rated for tens of thousands of hours and are marketed to last the life of the vehicle; this failed at a small fraction of rated life. Other 2023 Enclave owners report the same right-side failure at similar low age/mileage, suggesting a recurring defect.
