RHODE ISLAND TRUCK CENTER LOCATED AT 1100 WARREN AVE EAST PROVIDENCE RI 02914 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,328.
