When operating the vehicle for extended periods of time, more than 4 hours. Multiple times over a 5000 mile road trip the speed control disconnects, aural chime and a yellow warning message - active brake assist functions limited see operators manual. This is especially prevalent during precipitation. The cruise control does not reengage at a critical time when it is needed the most. I have photos of the message and conditions of travel. Exactly 60 minutes from the cruise control disconnect, I mean exactly 60 minutes, a message will display that active brake is available and the cruise control will allow use.
