The contact stated that after arriving at his destination and inspecting the location where the trailer had previously been parked, the contact observed six fragmented pieces of multiple washers that showed signs of excessive corrosion. Further inspection revealed that the washers came from a Dexter lift kit that was meant to increase clearance. The RV was towed to the dealer, who had not provided a specific diagnosis, but replaced all bolts and washers for the Dexter lift kit. The RV was repaired, but the failure reoccurred.
